I've always been someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos. The person creating the spreadsheet, planning the itinerary, finding a better way to do something, or quietly making sure all the moving parts come together.
I'm also the sort of person who enjoys the things most people put off - coordinating schedules, organising logistics, researching options and solving practical problems. I take real satisfaction in making things happen and ensuring the details are taken care of.
Before launching this business, I spent several years in Learning & Development, where organisation, problem-solving and keeping multiple priorities on track were key. Those skills now underpin everything I do for my clients.
